Event submissions:

Please submit as much information as possible about the event. We recommend that you use our Event Form, but if you prefer, you may submit your event via e-mail. You can e-mail your event to Bob Morris.

Photo submissions:

For the do-it-yourselfer: Due to space restrictions, photos should be saved in the "JPEG" format. We request that they be no wider than 400 pixels and no taller than 400 pixels. That does not mean that the photos have to be square, just that they should not exceed 400 pixels in either direction. Also, photos should be scanned at no more than 96 dpi (75 dpi is preferred) for display on the web. Please look at our sample. If photos are submitted larger than these dimensions, we will be forced to reduce them. A note about JPEG format images, they are known as "lossy," this means that each time they are opened and "Saved" they degrade in quality. We mention this so you'll know that if we need to reduce the image again before placing it on the web, the image will not look as good as when you submitted it. Finally, be sure that you send along a title for the photo, the title should be 35 characters or less.

For everyone else: Please submit your photo to Bob Morris and be sure that you have it identified with your name, so it can be returned to you, as well as a title of 35 characters or less. We'll scan the image and return the photo as soon as we can.

While it is still currently under construction, a preview of the next generation Photo Gallery is available to test.
Visitor comments are encouraged. Please let us know if you find it easy to use and fully functional. We are testing this under various browsers and operating systems as well as WebTV.
There are no running pictures displayed at this time, only a few photos shot at Oregon's Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden.
