Weekly Workout Schedule
Tuesday night track workouts at La Canada High School Track at 6:30PM.
Thursday evening run at the Rose Bowl, meet at the corner of Washington and Rosemont, north of the Brookside Country Club at 6:30PM.
Sunday morning long run at the Rose Bowl, meet at the corner of Washington and Rosemont, north of the Brookside Country Club at 7:00AM.
Sporadic Saturday morning trail runs. It is best to call the Pasadena Snails Pace store the night before to see if a run is scheduled.
Monthly Meetings are held on the last Sunday of each month after the Sunday morning run.
